All sales are final and all items are sold as is . Most Used furniture will have signs of use and wear and may have the potential for missing parts such as screws &  keys. Projectailored can order most missing parts and or keys at an additional cost. In rare cases should the product be damaged due to responsibility of Projectailored, we will replace and/or reimburse all damaged product(s).  When installation services are paid for, a basic wipe down, clean up will be performed. Deep cleaning & Panels steam cleaning(Stain removal) can be performed at an additional cost. (This service is not included with normal Installation rate.)
